Mary Mann is the author of Yawn: Adventures in Boredom (FSG Originals). A Rona Jaffe fellow, she has written for The Atlantic, The New York Times, The Believer, Outside Magazine and Smithsonian, and is associate editor of the New York Times bestselling collection Women in Clothes. She’s the archives librarian at The Cooper Union.
